Delivery is to england ,scotland and wales only. Delivery to ireland must be quoted before placing your order as the cost is considerably more to ship.I have the right to cancle any orders to ireland if a shipping quote is not obtained prior to ordering.I aim to ship your product within 21 days. You have the right to cancel an order within 3 working days of purchase.

I usually use couriers booked through shipley to deliver furniture or couriers i have been using for years.

All my pieces come in clear plastic wrap for extra protection during delivery.

You are welcome to collect the piece yourself from south wales. if you wish to do so a refund of £70 will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds
 

I do not except returns unless the item has been damaged during transit or you have received the wrong item. If so please contact me first kim21w@hotmail.co.uk. It is your responsibility to check the item before purchase ie colour,measurements ect. I wont accept returns because the item `does not fit`. 

If you do wish to return an item you have within 14 days from the purchase date to do so. You are solely responsible for the cost of returning goods. Please get in touch if you need help on finding a courier and i will do my best to help. Once i have received the item i will inspect and issue a refund to your original payment method and will notify you.
